Calabrian Chili Baked Feta
This baked feta is topped with Calabrian chilies in oil for a spicy, delicious appetizer. Plus, it all comes together in one dish!
Calabrian Chili Baked Feta
Ingredients
1 block of feta
1 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of Calabrian chilies (or more, if you prefer)
1 small clove of grated garlic
[A dash of sea salt]
1tablespoon of good-quality olive oil
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Add the feta to an oven-safe dish. Add the Italian seasoning, chilies, garlic, and salt to the feta block, then drizzle the olive oil on top.
3. Gently spread the toppings all over the feta, then bake for 15 minutes.
4. Once cooked, gently press the cheese to mix everything, then serve with crackers—or eat it with a spoon!
