Cheesy Garlic Butter Rolls

Ingredients — Makes 6 rolls
4 large garlic clove, chopped
6 tablespoons of butter
12 ounces of pizza dough
1 cup of shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
[Optional parsley, for garnish]
[sea salt, as desired]
[aluminum foil]

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a small pan, add chopped garlic and butter, plus any other desired seasonings. Let it heat on the lowest heat for 5-7 minutes.

3. Spray an oven-safe dish with cooking spray, and set it aside.

4. Spread the pizza dough into a thin layer on parchment paper, then top it with half of the garlic butter mixture.

5. Add the mozzarella and Parmesan to the dough, and season it with a little salt or other seasonings as desired.

6. Tightly roll the dough into itself with the parchment paper as a guide. Then, slice the dough into 6 rolls. Add the second half of the butter mixture to the tops of each roll, then cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake it for 25 minutes.

7. After 25 minutes, remove the aluminum foil, and place the rolls back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Let them cool for 5-10 minutes before serving, as they’ll be quite hot. Enjoy!
