Chicken Sausage and Pasta Dump Dinner
Ingredients
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 1 hour
4 servings of rigatoni pasta
About 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth (it should be enough to just barely cover all of the pasta)
2 cups of cherry tomatoes
3 chicken sausages, sliced
2 cups of store-bought vodka sauce
[Optional parsley for garnish, plus seasonings as desired]
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. In a large, shallow baking dish, add the pasta and fully cover it in chicken broth (the chicken broth should just barely cover the rigatoni, so you might need to adjust the amount used depending on the size of your dish).
3. Top the pasta with cherry tomatoes, sliced sausage, and vodka sauce, plus any desired seasonings. Cover with foil, and bake for 40 minutes.
4. After 40 minutes, remove the dish from the oven, and gently stir the mixture, then bake for another 20 minutes.
5. Remove it after 20 minutes, season as desired, and gently mix it again. Garnish with parsley if you want, and enjoy!
