Skillet Buffalo Chicken Dip

This skillet Buffalo chicken dip is always a hit! It’s the first thing to go at any party, and if I don’t bring it, the people get mad. (Kidding—sort of!)

Skillet Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
2 large chicken thighs, cooked and shredded
3/4 cup of good-quality blue cheese or ranch dressing
1/3 cup of Buffalo sauce
1 cup of shredded mozzarella
[Sea salt & black pepper]
[Optional green onions, for garnish]

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, shredded chicken, blue cheese dressing, Buffalo sauce, and mozzarella. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then mix it until it’s well-combined.

3. Transfer the dip to a skillet (cast iron is best), and bake it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, broil it on high until it starts to bubble, about 2-3 minutes. Garnish with green onions, if desired. Enjoy!
