Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Nachos

Ingredients
1 bag of wavy potato chips, with the crumbs and broken pieces removed (alright, so half a bag of potato chips)
2 peaches, sliced
4 ounces of triple crème brie, sliced
3 slices of prosciutto
Honey drizzle
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, for a hint of spice

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Add the peaches to a grill pan, and cook on medium-high heat for about 4 minutes per side, or until crispy and caramelized. Remove the peaches, and set them aside.

3. Add the prosciutto slices to the pan. Let them crisp on medium heat for about 2 minutes per side, or until crispy. Remove them from the heat.

4. Build the nachos: Add a layer of potato chips to an oven-safe dish, then top them with the brie, peaches, and prosciutto. Bake for 10 minutes.

5. Remove the nachos from the oven, and add a honey drizzle. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.
