Chili Crisp Pot Stickers
These chili crisp pot stickers are simple yet flavorful—an easy lunch or weeknight dinner option when you need a spicy, savory meal in a breeze.
The Starting Five
Five things to know before making this dish!
Frozen pot stickers are key for keeping this dish simple.
You can use either mild or spicy chili crisp; make sure you check the label before buying.
The teaspoon of rice vinegar gives this a little tang. If you don’t like the acidity, feel free to skip it.
I love to serve this over rice for lunch, but you can also just serve the pot stickers on their own for an easy appetizer.
For a little color, garnish these with cilantro or chopped scallions—they’ll make it prettier!
Chili Crisp Pot Stickers
Ingredients:
1 package of Bowl & Basket Pork & Vegetable Pot Stickers
3 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of chili crisp
2 teaspoons of honey
Optional white rice and cilantro, for serving
Directions:
1. Cook the pot stickers according to package instructions (I prefer the pan-fry method).
2. Meanwhile, add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili crisp, and honey to a bowl or jar, and whisk well to combine. Set aside.
3. If desired, you can serve these over white rice to turn them into a meal rather than an appetizer. I prefer to use instant white rice, which is ready in just a few minutes.
4. To serve, toss the cooked pot stickers with the sauce, then either plate as an appetizer and garnish with cilantro, or serve pot stickers over rice for an easy lunch.
